Email Delivery

FXWM can not guarantee the delivery of emails and/or SMS text messages to user and therefore is not responsible for any undelivered email signals to the customers. Please check with your email provider and advise them that you will be receiving emails from FXWORLDMARKETS.COM.

Trading & FXWM Subscription Service

Trades are entered only if the recommended entry point is reached. Members should bear in mind they may need to adjust entry, TP and SL levels slightly (+/-pips) according to the spreads offered by their particular brokerage. Upon purchasing the FXWM Trading Signals SUBSCRIPTION Package, USER WILL BE SET UP ON A MONTHLY RECURRING BILLING CYCLE.  YOUR STATEMENT WILL INDICATE A CHARGE FROM “FXWRLDMRKTS”. FXWM reserves the right to change the price OF THE SUBSCRIPTION SERVICE at any time without notifying the customer.

Cancellation of the account

The user has the right to cancel his/her account at any time. The user understands that the request for cancellation of the account must be by writing a ticket (through contact us section) with “Cancellation of account” in the subject line. Upon receiving of the cancellation request, FXWM will start the process of cancelLing the account. YOU WILL BE ABLE TO RECEIVE SIGNALS FOR THE REMAINDER of the MONTH AND THEN THE SERVICE WILL BE TURNED OFF.  The cancellation process takes about ten business days to process and FXWM customer will be contacted several times to confirm the cancellation. The user understands that no other method of cancellation will be accepted. IF YOU HAVE ALREADY BEEN BILLED FOR THE MONTH, THE CHARGES WILL STOP FROM THE BEGINNING OF THE FOLLOWING MONTH. Our one time setup fee FOR THE TRIAL PERIOD is nonrefundable.  oNCE FIRST TIME PAYMENT HAS BEEN RECEIVED AS A FIRST TIME USER, YOU HAVE 48 HOURS TO CANCEL THE SERVICE.  OTHERWISE, YOU WILL BE BILLED FOR THE FULL MONTH.  FXWM may terminate this agreement with the user with cause or material breach of this agreement and such termination shall become effective as of the day such termination is communicated to the user. No refund will be made by FXWM to user if the subscription is so terminated. FXWM may refuse service to any user without the refund of one time setup fee.

User represent that user (you) have read and agreed to be bound by the terms and conditions stated herein in this Agreement. You further agree not to use this website for illegal purposes, interfere or disrupt networks connected to the website, or solicit and send out 'Spam' mail using this or to this service.
