World Capital Bancorp, Inc. is interested in acquiring performing, sub-performing and non-performing commercial loans. We are active pursuing individual commercial mortgage loans or commercial mortgage portfolios that contain the following property types:

Multifamily, Mixed-Use, Retail, Office, Warehouse, Light Industrial, Self-Storage and Flagged Hotel

Individual Loan sizes up to $20 MM and combined portfolio size of $200 MM. Geographically limited to the Continental United States.

Following acceptance of the LOI, due diligence and closing are usually completed in 21 business days.
